Our Approach

Defining the client's needs and candidate criteria is of the utmost importance. We take a detailed briefing regarding the client organisation's culture and requirements. This can be done by telephone, face to face, through video conferencing or we are able to attend client briefings, if required, as part of your team.
We are able to compile a list of suitable target companies for contact, or you may wish to provide these. We will establish and agree a timeline that is realistic and mutually acceptable, and agree a limit of the total amount of time to be spent on the assignment, prior to commencing it.

We then construct a list of possible candidates for each target organisation, using various research methods; desk, telephone, Internet, industry directories and our network of academic contacts.
We data capture all information for future reference, BUT we treat each assignment individually and do not run a database, so you are sure that all information is 'fresh' and that you are not paying for competitors to use YOUR information.

We are then able to approach the potential candidates for you, if this is your requirement.
We approach agreed candidates in a highly confidential and professional manner and will feed back their interest in a detailed, concise and accurate way, usually obtaining a CV and we will ascertain their suitability and future aspirations. We build mutually respectful relationships with approached candidates, and always keep in touch with them to let them know how roles are progressing. We bear in mind that they are being sought, not actively looking.
